Problem description:
When solving the Hub Location Problem (HLP), a genetic algorithm was used. Below is the genetic algorithm code for the entire model, but when running the main program `data.m`, the following error message keeps appearing. Despite multiple modifications, the same error persists. Please carefully review all the code for solving the HLP and ensure that the code is corrected to produce the correct results.

I have no knowledge about the background of the hub location problem.
If you give a mathematical description of what you are trying to solve, maybe someone is able to help. Else I would contact the authors of the code and ask what went wrong.
