Why using the formula of R-square from Matlab help cannot get the same value as Matlab curve fitting tool？

When I use the curve fitting tool of Matlab, after the regression, a R-square will always be given. However, I checked the "help" of Matlab about this charpter and get the following formulas:
but when I use script to verify, I got different values from my test script and the Matlab cftool.
Can anyone help me with it ??!!
