How do I use the unit per mille in Simulink parameters and ports?

In simulink parameters and ports can be specified to use units as described here: https://se.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/units-in-simulink.html
For dimensionless pure scaled numbers percent (1e-2), ppm (1e-6), ppb (1e-9) and ppt (1e-12) can be used. But is there a way to specify per mille (‰)? Using 0.001 does not work.

ppk would be the logical abbreviation, given that m and t are already in use (million and trillion respectively), but sadly this is not in common usage (and more specifically not used by MATLAB). Even though pro mille is commonly used by other european languages pro mille seems to be rarely used in English: perhaps this is why there is no common abbreviation for it.

Interesting fact. I was today years old when I realised that in non native english speaking countries the promille is standard to measure blood alchol concentration, whereas in native english speaking countries it's not.
That explains why it is not included in this application developed by (maybe prejudicial) mostly english speaking people.

It is "m" for "milli".
"mille" means "a thousand", that is "k" for "kilo".

Its in not the prefix milli I'm asking for but pro mille or per mille as described here:

IMHO, it is the same.
per mille is unit-less. Its value is 0.001.
milli is unit-less. Its value is 0.001.
