How to detect wrinkles in a face region

sir, i want to find the wrinkles in cheeks region. if i use edge method in a iimage it will not give such clarity for wrinkle.so i can't able to find wrinkles in cheeks (which lines are too small). can u suggest any method to find wrinkles in a cheeks region.
