Even though I finished the course 100% the certification ,progress report and in my courses it shows as 0% , why is it so? the course is "simulink Onramp"

Hey Ramyasree, this could happen if the version/release you are exporting the certificate for does not match the version/release which you actually worked on.

Here's what you can try:

• After clicking on the course, open "Share Certificate & Progress" -> "Select a different language or release". Then, in the "Version" dropdown you should be able to see your 100% completion for that version.

The same goes for simulink courses on the desktop application - check which installed version has the correct progress then continue using the same desktop version.
