how to read mat file in matlab

i had mat file. there are 4 columns in the file. 4th coulmn consist of utlrasound images. i am not able to view/read the images. answers are welcomed.

thanks dear, my query is to extract images from 4th coulmn. LOAD function the load the file in the workspace. there are 55 images in the form of struct in the mat file.

i am not able to view/read that images
