Matlab 2024a no funciona en Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon

Acabo de instalar Matlab (licencia de la universidad) en un ordenador nuevo en el que he instalado Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon. La instalación (según instrucciones incluidas: mathworks_installation_help_es.pdf) no me dio ningún problema, pero el programa no se inicia nunca ni da ningún error. Sencillamente no hace nada... Ocupa 109,5 MB en memoria, pero no hace nada...

¿Qué puedo hacer?

Si ejecuto matlab desde una consola, al cabo de un rato acaba con el siguiente mensaje:

Unable to access services required to run MATLAB (error 5201).

Thank you, @Malay Agarwal. I called someone from IT and it seems there was a mismatch between the IP and the hostname of the machine I was using... It's sorted now and it works perfectly!
