I tried to connect the RoadRunner with Matlab, but An error occurred when 'Starting' the roadrunner simulation.
How can I solve this?? Please help me.

There is nothing wrong in these commands. The simulation was being started but there is problem in your scenaio.
Switch to the RoadRunner UI, take a look at the message in the output panel and resolve them.
