Transmit and receive radiowave - simple radar scenario

Hello everyone,

I am looking for little guidance or tutorial on making simple simulation containing radar scenario.

I would like to implement my own cross ambiguity function. So I need radio transmitter somewhere in xyz location, object placed in abc position and receiver in xyz. How can I do that? Any specific plugin? Signal sent is not relevant since it should be noise.
