can't find the target hardware board

I start to simulate a project in simulink with hardware board stm32f401re and in diagnostics view there is a message which tells that the board is not detected and try to install drivers for the board. i have already installed drivers. i would appreciate your help.

Hi,

Try updating the firmware of the board using STM32CubeProgrammer.

Later, ensure the COM port is unused either in STM32CubeIDE/ Programmer and verify the working.
