sending CAN message using Simulink

I manualy import signal in CAN pack and CAN unpack, as shown in attached pictures, and it works correctly, but I need to khow if this blocks can work with variable inputs and I try different way but I couldn't do that. the right picture is Function-Call Subsystem.
