Home License Deactivation Required Error

I bought a new home license and installed the R2023b version on my computer. During the installation, I log in with my username and my license is automatically recognized and the installation is completed. In the license center, I see the computer id and computer name activated. However, when I run the program, I encounter the "Deactivation Required" error. What is the cause and solution of the problem?
