I encountered a number of warnings and errors when using clamping method of anti-windup algorithm to adjust PID controller in Simulink

I am trying to reduce the overshoot of the pid controller using the anti-windup algorithm as shown in the matlab tutorial.
But when running the simulation, I encountered some warnings and errors as shown in the following image:
