Why do I get this error while downloading support packages?

I get this error when MATLAB cannot connect to my license server to verify my license. You may have something similar. or a firewall setting that is preventing you from connecting to the server.

Yes, the cyclist, I did. It didn't work out. I tried to download again after disabling windows firewell but same result.

I understand that you are unable to install the MATLAB Support Package for USB Webcams. From the screenshot attached, I noticed that this error was encountered on Windows while using MATLAB 2023b. I recommend following the below steps:

1. Verify that the 'physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll' file is present at the path "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023b\bin\win64\physmod_sm_sli_setup.dll"
2. Additionally, Certain anti-virus products may cause the DLL to not be accessible from MATLAB. I recommend disabling anti-virus temporarily and then restart MATLAB and attempt installation again.
