Can we use control system toolbox apps on simscape components

I have made a motor drive with inverter. Now to design a PI controller using control system toolbox apps I am facing issues. Kindly help.

@Gopal Krishnan, it is rather difficult. Perhaps you expect a general 'Yes' or 'No' answer. If we switch roles, then you'd probably understand. For example, assuming that you are an inverter expert, how would you help me if I told you that I'm facing only one specific technical issue in the motor design?
