how can i use diffrent ground for isolated circuits connected at the primary and secondary of the transformers?

I have simulated the circuit on MATLAB consisting of three high frequency transformers connected in star. So the circuit on the primary side is isolated from the secondary. Therefore i have to give two diffrent ground inorder to check the voltage readings. But i am unable to do so.
Could anybody tell me that how can i use diffrent ground for isolated circuits connected at the primary and secondary of the transformers????

I have the same question, does Simscape Electrical (Blue blocks) need to reference to the same ground every part of the circuit? For isolated converters I need a solution rather than a high impedance to ground.

If you don't like the solution with a large resistor, I suggest adding capacitance between the primary and secondary. This capacitance is physical and it also makes the problem a bit nicer numerically.
In fact, you can also just connect both sides of the transformer to ground as well, and just check that zero current is flowing through the ground. If you have only one wire connecting the two sides, then it should not be possible to have a current flow (since current needs a complete circuit). This is also isolated, although it only applies in numerical simulations where things are idealized. Of course, this would not work in a real transformer because of parasitics that do provide a complete circuit.
