How to integrate Humidifier system from SinScape to Simlink for PEM feull cell

Good day,

I am modeling a fuel cell system. I want to intgrate a humidifier model that I found online on Matlab website. The Humidifier is made with Simscape while my model is made on Simulink. I tried to use converter like "Simulink-PS convertor and PS-Simulink" but it doesn't work. I want to the block which called Cathode Humidifier (As shown in the link) to be be able to use its output with simulink, as an input to my fuel cell block. the main i reason I need the humidifier is maintain a certain level of relative humidity on cathode side of my PEMFC.

Can someone recommend me something to use here.
