Find all x-axis values to a certain y-axis value

Hello all, I am new to Matlab and am using it for the first time for a project.

My problem is basically that i have a table (can be plotted into a graph) with certain data points (1-250) on the y-axis with time in ms on the x-axis. The resulting graph therefore doesn't follow a function.

What I need to do now is to find all time points (x-axis values) where y = 5.

I'd be grateful for any help and/or push into the right direction.

Logical indexing is the way to go.
