License manager -39

I am facing License Manger Error -39, When I am launching the MATLAB Application. Please find the below attachmen for more details

Steps to reproduce:

• Installed MATBLAB R2023A
• Applied license.
• When I am trying to launch the MATLAB applicatipn getting License Manager -39

Machine Details:

• OS : WIndows Server 2019 Statsnard, 64 bit operating system
• Domain : it's in Work group.

Hi @Arumugam,

License Manager Error -39 indicates that you are logged into your computer as a user who is not authorized to use the license. For Network licenses that utilize an Options File to administer the licenses, users who are not included for a licensed product are denied access.

This error is most often caused by an incorrect username on the INCLUDE line of the Options file (MLM.opt). To resolve, verify that the usernames are correct in the Options file.

The Options File is located on the license server in the directory below by default, where $MATLAB is the MATLAB installation directory.
