Optimal Laptop for Mask R-CNN

I am planning on purchasing a laptop to perform instance segmentation using a mask R-CNN. I am aware of the hardware requirements imposed by the Deep Learning, Parallel Computing, and Computer Vision toolboxes. I'd like to know if there is a laptop brand or specific model that tends to be least buggy or most successful in mask R-CNN implementation. I'm aware there is no guarantee but a proposal I am writing "counts on" this implementation "working".

I've seen some users encountering dead-ends when using MATLAB's mask R-CNN here on the forum and would like to avoid them if possible.

I'm planning on updating to 2023 when the time comes to purchase.
