I would like to know the exact meaning of the result of the uhd_cal_tx_dc_offset for the USRP i am using. what is the significance of this.

does it mean, the peak at a certain frequency i am getting for range profile is not the true frequency?
kindly explain.

Thanks for your question,
These calibration tools are devloped and shipped by Ettus Research, and we would refer to their documentation to understand how to use their tools and what the output means. The relevant link is here
Kind regards,
Ousman

My interpretation is that the message is saying that there is a block with identifier 0xffda7703 that has no definition in the libraries that are normally linked to, so you need to setenv UHD_MODULE_PATH to a directory that contains a definition of block with identifier 0xffda7703 (and the other block as well)
At the moment I do not have any idea how to identify some kind of name for block with identify 0xffda7703 so I do not have any idea which block is being referred to.
(I have never used USRP and have never had access to any of the relevant products; I just sometimes get lucky when I google things.)

For the error "Could not find block with Noc-ID", this is not a serious error: This bitstream is a custom bitstream from "Wireless Testbench" product and should be used by that product and the associated "Wireless Testbench Support Package for NI USRP Radios".
My understanding is the the tool uhd_cal_tx_dc_offset performs a calibration routine and generates these .cal files.
