how to obtain Roll, Pitch, Yaw of accelerometer and X,Y and Z values of Ang rate invidually ?

As shown in figure i have obatined vales of MPU 6050

But i want each value invidually inspite of grouping them into 3 values

pls do need full.

Demux block can be used here to get three outputs individually. You can refer to Demux.
