Auto signalize support for left driving direction

Is there a way to have the Auto Signalize feature work on left driving roads? Even if I have an assmbly for a Left Side Driving traffic light, when using the Auto Signalize feature, they will be placed incorrectly. Furthermore there should be an option for a Protected Right, or at least the Protected Left should recognize the driving rule for the road.

While it is possible to setup a junction with traffic lights for a LDR, it is very time consuming since a lot of the adjustments need to be made by hand.
