How do I install the Matlab documentation locally on a machine WITHOUT an internet connection?

I have a PC on a secure internal network that does not have an internet connection. I can install Matlab on the offline PC, but by default, Matlab uses online documentation (which this installation cannot access). If I change the preferences to local documentation the software tells me it needs an internet connection to install the documentation. For security reasons, I can not connect this PC to the internet. How do I get the documentation installation files, so that I can install the documentation on this PC WITHOUT an internet connnection?
