run C++ program in using MATLAB

I have a main.cpp code including all necessary functions in one file (i.e., it is not a function, full code with main).

Can I run this .cpp file in MATLAB(using script/command line)?

Which compiler? g++? NO inbuilt compiler from MATLAB? any other method(s)?
