App Desginer, Select point in image to update Value Changing variable

Hi, im trying to desgin an app that show slices of a 3D image in app Designer. Using three Spinners I am able to change the value for the variable holding the number of the slice. I would like to be able to use the mouse to click on the first image and get the coordinates to update the other variables

after looking at other answers i have tried creating a mouseClick function using get and 'Current Point' but i can't seem to get the values to change

I was unable to try out your app, because I don't have the Image Processing toolbox, which is needed to generate data using test.m. Would it be possible for you to make a standalone example, that doesn't require the Image Processing Toolbox? Perhaps you could just attach a .mat file with the needed variables.
