Car Plate Perspective Transform

In matlab, is there any useful function like "cv2.getPerspectiveTransform" and "cv2.warpPerspective" of Python that can help me to transfrom a side-perspective FOV car plate which I already have the four verticves` coordinates image to a front FOV image
