How to Create an initial state vector for a single qubit using quantum circuit

Create an initial state vector for a single qubit using quantum circuit.

I am getting following error:

Error in initialstate (line 1)

Import the qctrlcircuits package

Are you trying to use the MATLAB Support Package for Quantum Computing or some other package for quantum computing? If the former please see the Introduction to Quantum Computing section of the documentation for examples of how to create and work with a quantum circuit using the Support Package.
