How to convert signal from point series to time series?

I have signal EEG recored with sample rate 128Hz, but I don't know how to convert my signal in x-axis from point series to time series. Please help me to do it, thank you.

Use timeseries
... However these days it is recommended that instead you use timetable objects instead.
