How to buy license if the request goes to the russian office?

I'm from Ukraine, not to the occupied territories by russia.

I would like to know, how can I contact for support? Because each request goes to the russian ofiice, represented by "ETMC Exponenta Ltd".

Is there an email so I can ask questions about licenses directly?
