Convert osm data to xodr

Hello, can you please advise me how to convert openstreetmap (osm) data to xodr data? I need it to use the map in the drivingscenario for my bachelor thesis, thank you.

Mathworks' RoadRunner can do it but if you don't have a license, try the open-source SUMO with its netconvert.

How does it work please? Do those commands have to be used in C++?

This skill needs to be part of your bachelor degree. The "advice" is in the answer. The document says it can "import" OpenStreetMap and "export" OpenDrive. The software is open-source so it's free to download. Figure it out.
