Integro-functional equation (numerical solution)

Hello everybody.

Matlab is great at solving differential equations numerically for instance with the ODE45 solver. Is it possible to solve so-called integro-functional equations, e.g. of this type

where is the unknown function and a, b are some numerical values as well as ω and q are real positive variables.
