Share App Designer project

Hello, I want to share an application that I wrote in App Designer. When I save the project, it saves the file, and when I open it on my own computer, there is no problem, but when I share it with someone on WhatsApp, they cannot open the file. How can I share the project I wrote with someone as it is with their code?

The mlapp file is just a regular text file. I don't know what WhatsApp is trying to do when it opens the file. Perhaps it doesn't realize the the .mlapp file is just a regular text file. I suggest you don't use WhatsApp and just simply send the .mlapp file by email and then have your recipient open the file in MATLAB.
