Can anyone help me with finding parameters for an actuator block?

However, there are no mention of parameters about the actuator mentioned in pages 18,21,22. They're marked in yellow. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like a saturation block. But no mention of upper and lower limits.

Can anyone help me in finding it out?

It is my understanding that there is an uncertainty regarding the actuator block in the block diagram.

The highlighted block corresponds to a saturation block and does not function as the actuator mentioned in the drive link.

for detailed description about saturation block. The upper and lower limits can be set depending upon the maximum and minimum value that you expect from the unit step response of the model
