Arduino BLE Scan Issue

using BLE Send Block to be handle start communication w/ BLE Server... scan Error Message

I dont know whats happend and how handle these issue.

The Device is an Battery Cell Balancer...

The ESP32 works fine but Simulnk Block getting an Error for scan....

It might be caused by the "square character" in the identifier (GW-24S4EB"square")
