Confusion using confidence bounds

I used "fitlm" function on matlab, and when I tried to plot it "confidence bounds" showed up. I read that it is 95% confidence bounds "Confidence and Prediction Bounds - MATLAB & Simulink (mathworks.com)", can someone clarify with simple words what is this region inside the curves? Also, what are the values inside and outside of curves represent?
