can i use ANOVA test for selecting features?

i have extracted 30 features for three different types of cell from segmented image... among these features i have to select some features thet shows deviations among the 3 different cells, which helps to classify three types of cell perfectely. i have a doubt whether ANOVA test will help me to select features? suggest me a way
