How to add trial toolboxes to an existing MATLAB/Simulink installation?

We'd like to evaluate Matlab Report Generator and Simulink Report Generator. Is it possible to get trial for these products within our existing Matlab/Simulink installation? Also, when opening the Add-On Explorer, I get the message that our license must be "current on MathWorks Software Maintenance" in order to access the Add-On Explorer. Does that mean we need to renew our Software Maintenance Service before asking for trial toolboxes?
