Why am I unable to receive the verification email when creating a MathWorks Account?

I am trying to create a MathWorks Account, however I am asked to verify my email address, and I never receive the verification email. Why am I unable to receive the verification email when creating a MathWorks Account?

To access your MathWorks Account, you must verify the email address associated to your account.
