How to add user defined model history in generated code using TargetLink

Hi,

I need to maintain the version number of my model in the repository and a short comment to it in the model itself and the same should be reflected in the generated code using TargetLink(4.4). This will be similar to the code history header that we maintain when we write a C code manually at the top of the file. I already searched for some solution and found inclusion of comments in generated code using Embedded Coder, but not using TargetLink. Any suggestion will be very much helpful.
