How can i create cell array from matrix?

Hi,

I am trying to convert my matrix to cell array which contains 2 rows and 1 column. Each cell should have x_set vector. How can i do this?

x_set_mat = repmat(x_set,noP,1)

C = repmat({x_set},noP,1)

C = 2×1 cell array
    {[50 44 0.0300 0.1300]}
    {[50 44 0.0300 0.1300]}
