KbWait not working properly

Dear all I am using KbWait function, it seems it is not working properly, since nothing happen when I run my script, that is:

     left  = KbName('leftarrow'); 
     right = KbName('rightarrow'); 

     mW = figure(1); 
     image1 = imread('MYFIGURE.png');
     [secs,keyCode] = KbWait; %waits for a key press

What's wrong with this script? Thank you!

KbName and KbWait are not functions provided by MathWorks, where did you get them from? The one who wrote these functions/scripts should be able to help ...

Dear Titus, These are functions provide by the Psychtoolbox. Maybe do you know another way to save the selection of a pressed button? Thanks
