Command, replacing data points at given field indices with the average of the values before and after

What was the suitable command for replacing data points at given field indices with the average of the values before and after ?

My data are one time vector and multiple parameter vector related to this time vector.

With filloutliers command, I get an index-list of the found outliers based on one the analysis of one parameter and use the same linear filling, onto these other vectors..

Is there a command intended for this task, may be even working together with filloutliers?

What if you assign nan at those locations, and then use fillmissing ?
