Is it possible to do co-cimulation for target Nexys A7?

I've seen/read co-simulation demos/documents by MATLAB for Zybo and Kintex devices. Is it possible to do hardware co-simulation for the Neyxs A7 board from MATLAB?

We don't support Neyxs A7 board out-of-the-box, but you can create a custom board for FPGA-in-the-loop simulation.

I think JTAG interface and MII interface can be supported using new FPGA board wizard
