How do I use a trained Neural Network to analyse images from a folder and save them elsewhere?

I have trained a network through matlab and saved it as a .mat file. How do I use this to process a set of images and save them at another location?

Hi Rachel,

I understand that you have a trained network and wants to use it to process a set of images and save them at another location.

Please find this MATLAB Answer - How can I run a trained CNN for classification of a batch of images? that uses a trained network to classify images into 2 classes and save those images according to their predictions in their corresponding folders (check the comments and replies as well).

Instead of using network predictions to decide where to store the image, your analysis can be used for deciding where to store them.
