How to send more no of bits from PC onto the C6713 DSK board using RTDX?

Hi,
I am working on TITMS320C6713 DSK board. I have sent 16 bits from PC onto the DSK board C6713 using RTDX. Now i want to send more no of bits but its showing me error Buffer Full. Can any body let me know how to send more number of bits from PC onto the DSK board? I am doing simulation in Matlab.
