different results from matlab32bit and 64bit

hi, previously i write my code in matlab 32bit. now after installed matlab 64-bit in a 64-bit pc. i run the previous code, but get totally different result. could you give me some reminds about the possibility. Thank you.

There can be a lot of reasons. I try collecting reasons in this Question. We should make sure it is captured there after you identified it.

Mostly, this is not a bug and can be explained or avoided. If you receive totally different results, you may use a certain combination of algorithms and numeric values that is very sensitive to small differences.

Please debug your code to identify the code fragement that introduces the differences and post the code and example data.
