Standard Deviation and Root Mean square Error

Please could you look into tghe error that I am getting for adding tabulating Standard Deviation and Rootm Mean square error for mATLAB DWT Feature extraction

Hi John,

I tried to reproduce your issue on my end. I have downloaded all the files you have attached and ran the ‘processdata.m’ file in MATLAB R2022a. Things are working fine without any errors. All I got was a few warnings about some unused variables. Have a look at the following screenshot.

In case you are still getting errors on your end, please describe the error you are facing and reproduction steps that you’re following. Do attach any relevant screenshot that helps in clearly pointing out the error.

Bhavana, my question is how do I add a script of Standard deviation and Root Mean Square Error to the existing script to calculate and determine the standard deviation and RMSE of the Feature representation of DWT of the signal
