Saving figure in eps format created using compare

If S_est is an idss object and compared with 'data' using

 compare(data,S_est)

How can i save the fig. in eps format? I have tried using saveas but it opens a new figure. I can create a pdf by printing it out but I want to save it as a eps figure. I use MATLAB 2012b
