Simulink is stuck on a value and doesn't process the rest

Hi, I have a model that I have just converted it into a level 2 s-function. Now I am in the part of controlling it, how ever when I add PID block to the model, the simulink just stop processing the values at certain time (approx. 22 sec) as shown in the picture.

I have tried to increase and decrease the values several time and the response shape doesnt change. However the same model and PID tunning worked fine on another computer, and I don't know why.

I would be really thankful if you could help me.
